Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required before any work will begin.
Full balance payment is due upon completion of work.
Unless a written agreement has been made for delayed payment, any item held due to non payment is subject to disposal after 60 days and any deposit paid will be forfeited by the customer.
Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your rebind.
Please contact us if you have concerns regarding the workmanship of your rebind.
Damaged sewn bindings, heavily worn and glued only Bibles are not guaranteed.
Please Note: Leather is a natural material. There may be variations in color, texture and grain from one piece to another. Natural markings and scars are not considered defects. Leather will age and develop over time, and is subject to wear and tear. Normal wear and tear of the leather from use is not considered a defect.
Shipping Policy
Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to send the Bible to Laughlin Bibles for rebinding.
Bibles should be packaged securely inside of a sealed bag within a box when being shipped to Laughlin Bibles for rebinding.
Return shipping costs are included in the price of your rebind for US Customers.
Orders will be shipped out within 5 business days of completion and receipt of full payment.
We ship domestically via USPS.
Insurance is included for the cost of the rebind with return shipping. We are not responsible for Bibles lost or damaged in shipping.
We ship internationally via USPS, UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for international packages being lost or damaged. The customer is responsible for any customs duties.
Right to Reject a Rebind
We reserve the right to reject rebinding any materials that we consider to be objectionable.
